What's In The Box??? (Day 3)

We started with the great stretching then learned a bit about proper movement techniques before we were sent off to do the following work out:

4 Rounds of:

800m Run

10 Burpees

2min Jump rope

1min rest

All of this was followed by a 250m sprint on the rowing machines!

My time for the 4 rounds was 26:20 and 47 seconds for the row. Today I am full body sore and it feels great. Bunny and I were both bragging that we could see our AB...yeah that is singular, as in each of us can identify one AB not a 6 pack....yet!
