Brewers Republic, located at 112 N. Nevada Ave, C/S, CO 80903 is a truly amazing pub that features some really outstanding beers, all of the taps are primed and pumping quality Colorado beers. That's right this is a Colorado brewery only pub, and why shouldn't it be Colorado breweries produce some delicious ales. The latest and greatest release that BR is releasing is the newest Lips of Faith brews from New Belgium, the Prickly Passion Saison and the Fresh Hop IPA.

Sunday Solace started as an escape. A way for like minded folk to come together and share ways of improving lives, be it their own or others around them. A lot has been going on in my life which leads me to write this week's Solace: Motivation.

Since I have a kiddo and also teach kids, this Outdoor Bill of Rights is a great guiding resource for an outdoor curriculum. If I were a kid? I'd take this straight to my parents or teacher and demand that my rights be valued and exercised!
Before they grow up, ALL Colorado kids should have the opportunity to:
1. Camp out under the stars.
2. Follow a trail.

With the shear number of CrossFit gyms in our local area, Colorado Springs, CO., I was looking for a place that I could find the atmosphere as well as the knowledge base that could take me through the paces to see if this system was really a good fit for adventurers or if this was a way to simply get hurt. Seeing what appeared to be violent movements and unnecessarily tough exercises I wanted a tasted but I wanted to trust the individual running the exercises.
