Pale Ale

I started the day doing something that I love. I took my dog, hit the trail, and watched the sunrise. It was beautiful and the rest of the day followed exactly in suit. The third Sunday of the month, UpaDowna Adventure had a great turn out and we had a wonderful hike in the Garden of the Gods. Lots of new and old friends out today and we hope to have even more next month! Thanks to all those who came.

The Fire Rock Pale Ale in a sense is Kona Brewing Company's way of paying homage to the active volcanoes on the "Big Island" of Hawaii. Or maybe it has something more to do with it's bright copper colored body and rich roasted malt taste. Either way I'm enjoying it far from those Volcanoes here in Colorado.
