It doesn’t take a whole lot of brains to get this 4.0 GPA, but you may be a dummy if you pass this brew up. The 4.0 GPA from Bull and Bush Brewery pours to a crisp golden body with a thin white head. A zesty citric blast hits you on the front end of the taste, but thins out fast leaving you with a slightly sweet finish. The body is well balanced with carbonation and mouthfeel. The feel is a little sticky, but nothing to powerful on the mouth. The flavor is nice and mellow, and the citrus is very refreshing. As in the name, the ABV is also 4.0, rounding out the overall light feel and taste of this brew.
I think I’m going to stock up on a few 4.0 GPAs for a good go to porch beer. I can see myself kicking back and drinking a few of these after a long hot summer day of work or play.
