Billy’s Chilies

Photo:

What’s up everyone!?!?! Long day right? Well, it’s over now so kick back and grab a beer. We decided we needed something to wash down some delicious tacos. To my delight I was surprised with a 4 pack of Billy’s Chilies, part of the Timberline Series, from Twisted Pine Brewing Company, out of Boulder, CO. It’s made with 5 different peppers: Jalapeno, Anaheim, Fresno, Serrano, and the wonderful Habanero! I had a little trouble finding the ABV on this bad boy. Twisted Pine Brewing Co. doesn’t offer a whole lot of info on this malt. Maybe they don’t want anyone jacking their secrets? After a little web surfing I found a site that has Billy’s Chilies at an ABV of 5.1%. It’s not a beer I could see myself drinking a whole lot of in one sitting, maybe that’s why they come in 4 packs? I did enjoy it thoroughly though. It was perfect with a plate full of spicy tacos! I’ll give them this too, there is no false advertisement about this beer. It tastes exactly like what it says it is! Now imagine if every beer could come through like that. Yes Yeti, I’ll save you one! P.S. We’ll be meeting up with some of the awesome crew from Mile High Mountaineering later this week (check their FB page too, and click the like button). I expect to see some great beer pics afterwards, to go along with your already great outdoor photography. Brandon I haven’t forgot about you either, we’ll head south soon! Menikmati, Bunny
