Ute Valley Park Loop Trail is a 3.4 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Colorado Springs, Colorado that features a river and is rated as moderate. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.Please bring water and be prepared for cooler temperatures. This is a great hike for families and dogs on leashes. Should we have snow or ice, we can help you be prepared with traction devices or trekking poles to help with stability.
Remember regardless of weather we will hike. There is no such thing as poor weather, only poor clothing choices. Suggestions of items to wear/bring are: hat, gloves, sturdy hiking shoes, warm socks, face cover, layers of clothing, water, snacks.

Directions from Colorado Springs:
Take I-25 N to Exit 148 for Rocrimmon Blvd toward Corporate Drive/ Nevada Drive. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto S Rockrimmon Blvd. Turn left onto Vindicator Dr. ***Additional parking for Ute Valley park can be found at Eagleview middle school which is just east of the vindicator parking lot***
