I love taking the time to be aware of all the lovely green spaces around me, even though I live in the city. It always has a soothing
effect on me to see the birds and squirrels. The power of nature relieves both my physical and mental stress. There is nothing else in the world like sitting with a cup of tea gazing at a hill through a window. There is something that is infectious about the peaceful calm of nature. It leaves a peaceful calmness in my mind. We all have various experiences with nature and the reasons for wanting to communicate with Mother Nature. And regardless of age or culture, humans find nature pleasing, so lets all get outside and enjoy our beautiful land!
