Paper Shower
For years wet wipes have been a must for me on any backpacking or camping trip. They dried out my skin and smelled funny, but I never complained because they got me clean after a long day. The last thing I wanted to do at night was get into my sleeping bag sweaty and dirty. I was recently introduced to a wet wipe alternative and I can honestly say I will never go back. Paper Shower is the first wet and dry towelette pack. The moist towelette cleans and moisturizes with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E. While the dry towelette picks up any leftover saline, but leaves the moisturizers behind. After my first Paper Shower my skin felt clean and smooth, and I was not racing to coat my skin in lotion. The package is small, easy to pack and the towelettes are unscented. The dry towelette, although probably not always necessary, was great to have on cold evenings because there was no wait to air dry. Of course their use is not limited to the back country. They can be used to freshen up during a busy day or brought along on errands for messy kiddos. Unfortunately Paper Shower is not yet available in stores but they do offer FREE shipping for all online orders. They are sold in bundles by multiples of 6 – 54. The bigger the bundle you purchase the less each paper shower costs. For example, the 6 pack is going to run you $1.25 per shower, while the 54 pack is going to run you $0.85 per shower. So, stock up! Wet/Dry Towelette: 9” x 12”
