‘Unleash Your Adventure’ with UpaDowna! UpaDowna programs and events are open to all ages and abilities. To breakdown financial barriers to the outdoors and outdoor recreation, UpaDowna’s programs and events are designed to be free, donation-based, or significantly reduced. All participants must register in advance. Registration links can be found under the ‘Website’ link at the bottom of each event, where you will then be directed to UpaDowna’s Eventbrite.

Trash Cleanup Spooky Edition
Event Details: Join UpaDowna for a park and trail cleanup spooky edition at Quail Lake Park. Wear your costume as we pick up trash around the lake and on the trail. The best costume will win a prize! Open to all ages. All equipment including gloves, trash bag, and trash grabbers are provided. Please RSVP to help us plan ahead.
Meeting Point: Quail Lake Park, 915 E Cheyenne Mountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906. Meet in the main parking located on the east side of the lake by the fishing dock. Look for the UpaDowna flag. Check-in and grab your materials at the picnic table.
Parking: Parking can be limited at Quail Lake. Please abide by all posted signs and do not park in the surrounding neighborhoods or in the bike lane. Parallel parking is available along the east side of the lake if the lot is full.
