Man Shoots Cyclist In The Head Gets 120 Days In Jail!

This is definitely one for the future “WTF were they thinking??” files.

The gist of this story is that a guy road raged out on a cyclist that was riding down the road with his 3 year old son in a seat on the back of the bike. So Charles Diaz decides hey why don’t I just shot him in the head to show how upset I am!!

Mr. Diaz was arrested and subsequently admitted shooting the cyclist in the head. However due to a few character witnesses that stated Mr. Cyclist Shooter was really a stand up guy and was simply having a bad day the judge reduced the sentence to a joke of 4 months!!
