Oh boy, where to begin. Partied a little too hard last night, it was my great friend Andy's birthday. Those drinks kept coming and we kept knocking 'em down. Thanks to my friends at Drinkwel, I feel fine this morning, and I'm ready to face the day. It's Thursday again, that means Incline Happy Hour! While all our brave troopers get out tonight, I'll be holding the fort down at Kinfolks. I'm sidelined due to a torn meniscus. I'm interested to see how long it takes the VA to handle this one. I'll be directing my attention to the Downa side of UpaDowna for awhile. A few things have caught my eye this morning. I'll start with my favorite, Yeti posted the Outdoor Retailer Gear Convention link on my Facebook page. I think that means we're going! This isn't until August, but when we get back we should have news on all sorts of fun new toys for you. That'll be a good time for sure, as long as we don't get locked up in Utah.

The next piece of news, Floyd Landis comes clean. He used enhancers his whole career, big surprise? I think this already came out, that's why he was stripped of his Tour De France win in 2006. This probably wouldn't be that big of a deal, except for the fact the he went all Jose Canseco and released a bunch of other names. It's one thing to admit your own guilt, but why do you need to throw everyone else under the bus? I'm pretty sure Lance Armstrong, George Hincapie, Levi Leipheimer, Michael Barry and Jose Luis Rubiera, weren't to happy to have there names in the Wall Street Journal this morning, nor hear them on ESPN. If you have been following our posts, you should have read about Aubrey Sacco last week. The 23 year old Colorado woman has been missing in Nepal for close to a month now. Monday night her father, and brother set off to Nepal in search of her. I wish them a safe and successful journey. The will to survive can be an amazing thing, let's hope the best for Aubrey.

My dog did his usual chase of the squirrels this morning. He always runs them up a large Aspen in my backyard, where they perch out of reach taunting him. This morning was a little different. My dog was at the base of the tree, but I couldn't see the squirrels. My tree has leaves!!! Hello spring, budding and fruiting is everywhere. Everything seems to have turned green over night, and I'm loving it. This is truly a beautiful time of year. I took my Drinkwel supplements like a good boy, and feel great this morning. Aubrey Sacco is still M.I.A., my dog is having fun chasing squirrels, Yeti and I are planning a trip to Utah (anyone from Utah want to host?), Incline Happy Hour starts at 5, and Floyd Landis is making friends. Oh almost forgot, Laura told me last night there will be no season 5 of Heroes! What kind of crap is that? We just watched the first two seasons on Netflix, and it just stops now? UNFORGIVABLE!
