Ryan and the Beaster Bunny

I am not sure what is going on here. I grabbed a four pack of the Evil Twin Brewing's Ryan and the Beaster Bunny figuring it was a new to me beer and hell I obviously have a soft spot for bunnies. And as I sit hear drinking the mild Saison I figured I should research the brewery and to be honest, I became quite lost. Evil Twin was founded in Denmark but brews in over 10 different breweries through out the world. This particular batch of beer was brewed in Connecticut. Upon further researching Evil Twin what I have found is an amazing story which can be found later in the review, but for now about the beer.
Ryan and the Beaster Bunny is a mild farmhouse Saision that is absolutely perfect for summer time sipping. It has mild yet intricate flavors that dance between the beastly Saisons and the summer sessionables. To be honest describing this beer is about as hard as finding out more info on Evil Twin's world domination tour. But what I did walk away with is that this 7% ABV made me happy. First sip greeted me with citrus and grass and left me with a slight bitter hop finish. The body of the beer is cloudy yellow and topped with a substantial yet light head that takes some time to disperse and made me a bit angry that I was waiting so long to sip the beer, but I was pleased with my patience as this wonderful ale was just what I was looking for once the head subsided.
As I mentioned before the quest for info on this gypsy brewery (they do not have their own brewery but use others instead, capitalizing on their host breweries distribution market as well as their canning or bottling lines) I reached out to Ryan over at Focus on the Beer, a local go-to resource for all things beer and the knowledge he had was remarkable to say the least! Here is some from the Evil Twin press kit as well as some info from Ryan.
